Return & Exchange Policy – Because Your Comfort Matters
📌 Eligibility for Returns
To request a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
✅ Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
✅ In its original packaging with hygiene seals (if applicable) intact
✅ Return request made within 14 days of delivery
Due to the nature of maternity wear and personal care items, we cannot accept returns of:
❌ Opened or worn undergarments (including nursing bras and postpartum wear)
❌ Intimate hygiene products
❌ Gift cards
❌ Health and personal care items marked as non-returnable
💡 Please contact us before sending anything back. We will guide you through the appropriate process and provide return instructions (if eligible).
♻️ Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
A partial refund may be issued in cases such as:

Products returned without original packaging or hygiene seal

Items damaged or showing signs of use not caused by Danjio

Return request made after 14 days but within 30 days
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
✅ If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
🕒 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return

Once received and approved, we’ll email you a gift voucher
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the buyer first, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
🔄 Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
To request an exchange, please email us at contact@danjio.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
🚚 Shipping Returns
Currently, we do not operate a local return center in Australia. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions with the appropriate return address.
📌 Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping may be deducted from the total.
💡 For items over $75 AUD, we recommend using a tracked shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
