Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
✅ Be unused and in the same condition as received.
✅ Be returned in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:
❌ Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
❌ Intimate or sanitary products.
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
📌 Do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

✅ If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet:

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Gifts

🎁 If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.

Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift voucher.

❌ If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.

🚚 Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

💡 If you are returning an item valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
📌 We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
